With just a few days left before MobileCampLjubljana, here are a few housekeeping notes to make your preperations for event smoother.

Location and access

Venue for MobileCamp is Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Tržaška cesta 25, Ljubljana.
We recommend you use public transportation in form of Bus numbers 1 and 6, get off at station Hajdrihova.
Parking will be possible in front of Faculty, from 8am onwards. Entry into parking is from Jamova cesta.

Schedule

8.00 – 9.00- registration. Please be early as we’re expecting over 250 people.
9.00 – 9.30 – introduction and announcing talk schedule.
9.30 – 18.00 – talks with food and coffee breaks
18.00 onwards – afterparty. Location will be announced at the event.

Talks

If you would like to present, you can still send us title of your talk or announce one during registration on Saturday.

Internet

WiFi infrastructure in the Faculty is part of Eduroam network. Please take a moment to check instructions how to make it work with your computer, prior to arriving to the venue: http://bit.ly/eduroam4
There will also be unsecure WiFi access for various mobile devices, but due to the number of wireless devices we ask you to use eduroam.

In case you can’t make it..

Please let us know if you won’t be able to attend the event. There are others who would like to attend and can’t, as well that we will order too much food which makes this event more expensive that it needs to be.
We will also have to give your spot to someone else at the next event, in case you will not tell us that you will not be coming this time.

Pred vami je nekaj pomembnih opomb pred sobotnim MobileCamp-om.

Lokacija in dostop
MobileCamp se bo odvijal v prostorih Fakultete za Elektrotehniko, Tržaška cesta 25, Ljubljana.
Dostop z avtobusom je možen z avtobusi številka 1 in 6, postaja Hajdrihova.
Parkiranje bo možno neposredno pred fakulteto od 8 ure dalje. Dostop na parkirišče je iz Jamove ceste.

9.00 – 9.30 – uvod in najava predavanj
9.30 – 18.00 – predavanja z odmori za hrano in kavo
18.00 in dalje – žur. Lokacijo bomo najavili na dogodku samem

Še vedno lahko najavite vaše predavanje ali pa ga naznanite pri registraciji v soboto.

Internet
Wifi na fakulteti je del Eduroam omrežja, ki potrebuje posebne nastavitve. Za lažje povezovanje jih preverite že pred prihodom – http://bit.ly/eduroam4
Na voljo bo tudi klasični WiFi dostop za razne mobilne naprave. Zaradi obilice wifi naprav vas prosimo, da uporabljate Eduroam.

Če ne morete priti..
Čim prej nam sporočite, če se ne boste mogli udeležiti dogodka. Vaše mesto bo tako lahko zasedel nekdo, ki bo lahko prišel. Prav tako bomo lahko bolj natančno naročili količino hrane in s tem znižali stroške.
Prav tako bomo v primeru, da nam ne boste sporočili, da vas ne bo, prisiljeni vaše mesto na prihodnjem dogodku dati nekomu drugemu.
